This zine experiments with the playful clash of two worlds—the indigenous cultural education context of Bethel Mission School in Mizoram and the competitive gambling frenzy of the NFL betting scene. It juxtaposes tribal school life snapshots and symbolic motifs with quirky, hand-drawn NFL team logos and betting predictions, creating an odd, hybrid narrative. The project emerged because the first text conveys a deeply rooted community and educational identity, while the second embodies high-stakes chance and American sports culture. Together, they inspire a visual and conceptual exploration of competition, risk, and identity across unexpected cultural lines.
