This project fuses the fleeting brilliance of meteor showers with the fleeting career moments of a 1930s hockey player. Each tiny poster highlights a statistic or anecdote from Jack Riley’s ice hockey career, overlaid with abstract meteor shower visuals symbolizing bursts of transient brilliance. The work plays with the idea of ephemeral achievements—whether chasing meteors streaking briefly through the night or a sports career shining across a short span. This concept emerged by juxtaposing the historical, grounded reality of Riley's hockey journey with the cosmic, intangible spectacle of meteor showers.
